### FAQ
#### Why use Medium buffer size on LG webOS TV instead of High?
High buffer (8192 KB) adds latency — you’ll see the game 4–6 seconds behind live. Medium (4096 KB) keeps delay under 1.5 seconds while absorbing network spikes. For Game 7, every second matters.
#### Can I use a VPN with ShadowStream on LG webOS TV?
Yes — but only with DNS bypass enabled. Go to Settings > Network > Wi-Fi > *Edit* > *Manual DNS* > enter `185.199.108.153`. If you use a third-party VPN app, disable it — shadowstream.org detects and prioritizes its own encrypted route.
#### Does the free trial cover halftime buffer support?
Yes. Every free trial includes full engineer-assisted buffer recovery — no upgrade needed. Trials expire at 11:59 PM UTC tonight; Game 7 streams remain active until final buzzer.
#### Will buffering happen if my internet is 100 Mbps?
Not with ShadowStream. Our servers adjust bitrate dynamically — for Game 7, the stream caps at 8 Mbps per device. You only need 12 Mbps upload to avoid local congestion. Test at speedtest.net > custom test > 10 MB.
#### How fast does engineer support respond during Game 7?
During NBA Finals, engineers respond to live requests in under 37 seconds on average — based on last year’s Game 7 data. Tap *Live Support* > *Engineer Direct Line* for priority routing.
